Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Quelford Digital LLC ("Quelford Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, advertising management, creative production, and consulting services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Quelford Digital LLC provides advertising agency services including digital advertising campaign management, media buying, brand strategy consulting, content creation, social media management, and SEO optimization. The specific scope of services is defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to required accounts and assets.
• Approve campaign strategies and creative materials within agreed timelines.
• Maintain sufficient advertising budget funds in connected ad accounts.
• Promptly communicate any changes in business objectives or market position.

Fees and Payment

All fees are detailed in the applicable Service Agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quelford Digital reserves the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, creative assets produced specifically for the client become client property. Quelford Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. All proprietary methodologies and internal tools remain the exclusive intellectual property of Quelford Digital LLC.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for two (2) years.

Limitation of Liability

Quelford Digital's liability for any claim shall not exceed total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages including lost profits.

Term and Termination

Service agreements may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. Quelford Digital may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful client conduct.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Mississippi.
